▶Profile After graduating from an art university, she became a flight attendant for ANA, where she encountered many people and foods. Subsequently, she gained experience in various industries, including the import and sale of cosmetics and apparel, and the production of events and restaurants. In 2016, she joined Ganesha Co., Ltd., which operates the long-established yakiniku restaurant "Yakiniq House Daishogun" in Toyama Prefecture. With the goal of creating a restaurant that could fly on a global stage, she became involved in the launch of "SHOGUN BURGER." In 2022, she won the "Japan Burger Championship." As a representative of Japan, she has advanced to the final stage of the "World Food Championships" for two consecutive years, 2022 and 2023, becoming the only Asian representative to do so. She has consistently ranked 6th in the world for two years, and she continues to create new burgers every day with the aim of being recognized worldwide.
